1. In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot, pick a name, and copy the token it gives you.

Tip: in Chrome, Nessa works best in her own window. For a nicer voice on a Mac, download Ava (Premium) or Zoe (Premium) in System Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → System voice → Manage Voices, then restart Chrome.
